About the Role – Surveillance Radar Technician
Peraton is seeking a Surveillance Radar Technician to join our Surveillance team in Bethesda, MD. In this role, you will play a hands-on role in keeping U.S. air travel safe by supporting radar systems that are critical to national aviation.
What You’ll Do:
Perform mid-level technical execution for radar installation, integration, verification, and troubleshooting.
Support installation, testing, and cutover activities for new radar systems.
Assist in the decommissioning and disposition of legacy radar systems across NAS facilities.
Work under senior technical guidance while contributing to mission-critical aviation solutions.

Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship is required
Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance
6+ years of hands-on experience in radar systems, RF troubleshooting, FAA or military radar, or field installation support
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (additional 4 years)
