Peraton is hiring a skilled Systems Engineer (SE) to support planning for and managing activities in supporting Government Customer’s effort to upgrade legacy processing systems to modern cloud architecture. The legacy applications provide critical processing in support of a high priority national indications and warning focused mission. The program is tactically important to the national security of the United States and the work on these missions are frequently recognized for their results and the Program Integrator will be directly involved in ensuring the government is successful in achieving their planned objectives of this growing, high-profile program.
The selected Systems Engineer should broad range of general systems engineering experience. The SE will support systems engineering processes associated with the transition of legacy projects to the newly instantiated cloud architecture and the planning and coordination for the development of new capabilities. The range of work includes managing and coordinating the portfolio’s master schedule, deconstruct requirements into actionable and testable elements, drafting of statements of work describing customer’s desired outcome for funded activities, and monitoring the customers development and integration efforts against those requirements. #MDFSP #AJCM
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
A Master’s degree OR PhD in a qualified engineering field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus eighteen (18) years of relevant systems engineering experience, OR
