About The Role

Peraton is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Front Office Integrator to support leadership operations and ensure the efficient execution of department priorities. This role serves as a key member of the Front Office team, responsible for integrating departmental calendars, facilitating communication across divisions, and ensuring seamless information flow between the department and higher level organizations. Due to the nature of the position and exposure to sensitive information, the successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional integrity, professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment. This role offers a high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to mission success while supporting senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and integrate departmental calendars, schedules, meetings, and events to ensure alignment across leadership and stakeholder organizations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate Front Office meetings, leadership engagements, and strategic events.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between divisions, staff, leadership, and external
    stakeholders to promote collaboration and timely information sharing.
  • Serve as a liaison between the department and higher-level organizations.
  • Prepare, consolidate, and distribute information, briefings, reports, and meeting materials to support leadership decision-making.
  • Monitor taskings, action items, and deliverables to ensure timely completion and visibility across the organization.
  • Drive initiatives from leadership guidance through execution, documenting outcomes, lessons learned, and follow-on actions.
  • Maintain situational awareness of departmental priorities and communicate relevant updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support knowledge management efforts to ensure information is organized, accessible, and effectively shared across the organization.
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Support Front Office operations and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in a front office, executive support, chief of staff, operations, program integration, or similar coordination role.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and events, and facilitating communication among multiple stakeholders.
  • Deep expertise supporting the administration of strategic programs, including planning and coordinating Front Office meetings, leadership engagements, and organizational events.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or executives and providing timely, relevant information to inform decision-making.
  • Experience supporting multiple senior leaders or executives simultaneously, with a proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and competing demands.
  • Demonstrated track record of independently driving initiatives from high-level direction through execution, while capturing lessons learned and recommending follow-on actions.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing requirements, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superb attention to detail, particularly in written communications, correspondence, reports, and documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion while handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook calendar management, email management, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with the ability to apply them to facilitate coordination, communication, and execution across multiple teams.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment, with the ability to remain composed and effective under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of organizational structures, culture, governance processes, and business operations, with the ability to navigate complex organizations effectively.
  • Experience applying knowledge management principles and best practices to support organizational information-sharing, decision-making, and operational effectiveness.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams and coordinating activities across multiple organizations.
  • Experience within government, defense, national security, research, or technology-focused
    organizations.

Experience and Education:

  • Prior customer experience.
  • TS/SCI with Poly
  •  Min 8 years BS/BA  6 years MS/MA  and 3 years PHD;  4 additional years of  experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
Details

Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
