About The Role
  • Prepares materials and written instruction outlining proper procedures for preparing and processing staff packages across the organization.
  • Facilitates information sharing within the Intelligence Community (IC) and among government and private-sector partners. Supports the customer in developing, assessing, and strategies to ensure information sharing is measurable, effective, and communicated to the appropriate audiences.
  • Supports a wide range of tasks related to planning and executing outreach activities, as prioritized by the government.
  • Assists in creating, organizing, and delivering records and documentation in response to data calls, metrics, and administrative inquiries.
  • Provides support with logging, coordinating, and tracking official tasking responses as they are received.
  • Monitors and assist with the management of all internal and external taskings from initial receipt through final completion.
  • Ensures timely development, coordination, and delivery of all tasking responses.
  • Assists in preparing daily and weekly tasker status updates for leadership and staff.
  • Provides administrative support to management, including preparing responses to official taskers and conducting FOIA-related searches.
  • Supports the review of draft legislation and policy documents in coordination with internal components and external partners, as required.
  • Performs intake and triage functions by receiving new matters, complaints, and investigative referrals and routing them appropriately.
  • Maintains visibility of all ongoing matters through accurate logging of status, deadlines, and ownership responsibilities.
  • Monitors statutory timelines, reporting requirements, and internal milestones to ensure effective deadline management.
  • Serves as a central coordination point among attorneys, investigators, analysts, and leadership to provide status updates, facilitate communication, and support reassignment needs.
Qualifications
  • Requires a minimum of 18 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 24 years with no degree
  • TS/SCI w/poly level clearance is required
  • Experience in the following is required:
    • Supporting Senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level
    • Receiving tasking via multiple vehicles and systems
    • Processing and route staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems

Target Salary Range: $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
