A staff augmentation program dedicated to providing expertise and capabilities to IC restricted customer.
About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Portfolio Manager who understands and can analyze governance processes, policy and regulation in support our customer's global operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a technology portfolio, governing technology, and ensuring seamless integration with the customer's mission needs. Understanding of computer networks, protocols, and architectures.

 

  • Understanding of computer networks, protocols, and architectures.
  • Familiarity with operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and Unix.
  • Theoretical knowledge of network exploitation techniques, such as vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and exploit development.
  • Theoretical application and understanding of cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and risk/threat management.
  • Manage a portfolio of technologies used by the customer, ensuring their effective governance and deployment of their systems.
  • Enable and facilitate compliance with the customer's governance policies and procedures, as well as advice on relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Advise on the implementation of operational technology needs to support the customer's mission, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Provide expert technical guidance on the integration of new technologies, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  • Assist the governance process in obtaining necessary data and risk information to inform decision-making.
Qualifications
  • TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong technical background, with experience in managing complex technical projects and portfolios.
  • Proven track record of successfully evaluating, operationalizing, and deploying technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Experience working in a governance or compliance environment, with knowledge of relevant industry.

  • Proactive self-starter able to support multiple efforts simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Experience with correspondence on the customer's system.

  • Prior experience supporting senior level.
  • Prior experience working across organizational boundaries to achieve mission.

Details

Target Salary Range: $146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
