Program Overview
A staff augmentation program dedicated to providing expertise and capabilities to IC restricted customer.
About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead the evaluation, operationalization, and deployment of commercially available technical solutions to support our customer's global operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a technology portfolio, governing and deploying operational technology, and ensuring seamless integration with the customer's mission needs.

 

  • Evaluate commercially available technical solutions to determine their feasibility for deployment to the field.
  • Operationalize selected solutions, ensuring they meet the customer's governance and technical requirements.
  • Obtain operational approval through the customer's governance process, including technical review boards, to deploy solutions globally.
  • Manage a portfolio of operational technologies used by the customer, ensuring their effective governance and deployment.
  • Ensure compliance with the customer's governance policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Advise on the implementation of operational technology needs to support the customer's mission, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Provide expert technical guidance on the integration of new technologies, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  • Research systems currently in use, identifying gaps, shortfalls, and anticipated obsolescence.
  • Ensure coordinated decision-making and adequate resource allocation for the implementation of operational technology, including knowledge management.
  • Assist the governance process in obtaining necessary data and risk information to inform decision­ making.
Qualifications
  • TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Strong technical background, with experience in managing complex technical projects and
  • Proven track record of successfully evaluating, operationalizing, and deploying technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Experience working in a governance or compliance environment, with knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Proactive self-starter able to support multiple efforts simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Cable writing experience.

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the field/overseas assignments.
  • Prior experience supporting senior level.
  • Prior experience working across organizational boundaries to achieve mission.

Details

Target Salary Range: $146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
