The ISR Enterprise Support (ISR-E) contract provides a full range of intelligence support and ISR operational services that encompass analysis and assessment support, training and intelligence support for HQ ACC, Service Component Commands and the Joint Force, alongside the IC.

• Execute Lead Command and Lead MAJCOM responsibilities for analysis, targeting, collections, PED, AF Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS), various intelligence disciplines, AF Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communication System (JWICS), and Publicly Available Information (PAI) among other responsibilities.
• Provide mission integration of Information Warfare (IW); Command and Control (C2) testing, tactics development and training; relevant global weather information; engineering and installation capabilities; and defensive cyber operations at operational and tactical levels through multisource intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance, cyber warfare, electronic warfare, and information operations capabilities across the conflict continuum.
• Provide network security operations across the Air Force Information Network enterprise.
• Provide national and theater command authorities with high-altitude reconnaissance products, full-spectrum targeting, special operations ISR, ISR testing, tactics development, and advanced training.
• Provide Airmen with proven and tested technology; the most current tactics, training, techniques, and procedures; a unique opportunity to practice integrated force employment; and training/equipping language enabled Airmen and Space Professionals to develop their language, regional expertise, and cultural (LREC) proficiency in 95 strategic languages.

The AF ACC is responsible for the Organizing, Training, and Equipping (OT&E)ISR Airmen to fight in and from multiple domains to deliver decision advantage to all Air Force Operations, as well as satisfying mission and readiness requirements as the AF’s lead ISR provider.  ACC maintains combat-ready forces for rapid deployment and employment to closely synchronize with Service Component Commands and the Joint Force, alongside the Intelligence Community(IC), to enable decision advantage to both warfighters and senior decisionmakers.  Competition and combating global threats require the military to possess and constantly obtain significant knowledge of the strategic, operational, and tactical environments to permit coordinated and informed U.S. military operations.
