Consular Systems Modernization (CSM) provides the services and technology required to support Consular Systems and Technology (CST’s) modernization program, which will significantly shift how consular services will be delivered globally in the following ways:

· Facilitating a digital paperless workflow through an online application process
· Creating a user-friendly interface providing a common look and feel to all functions for customers and users
· Integrating information needed to make confident, well-informed decisions and providing the ability to adjust and scale operations reliably, and efficiently
· Ensuring that all required security documentation and testing are completed accurately and efficiently in accordance with DoS Security guidelines
