Peraton was awarded a single-award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide comprehensive hybrid compute operations services for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
The Data Center and Cloud Optimization (DCCO) Support Services program is designed to enhance DHS’s Hybrid Computing Environment(HCE). This includes data centers, colocation sites, private cloud services, and DHS-furnished commercial cloud services. Peraton’s role is to automate, optimize, and modernize these resources, ensuring enhanced efficiency, security, and scalability.
Peraton provides a full suite of services within the DCCO program, including: • Hosting & Computing Services: Provisioning and managing computing resources for DHS operations. • Performance & Capacity Monitoring: Ensuring scalable, high-performance computing resources. • Data Storage & Archiving: Secure, efficient storage and long-term data retention strategies. • Technical Guidance & Consulting: Expert advice on IT infrastructure and cloud strategies. • Network & Security Infrastructure: Establishing robust security measures within the HCE. • Private IaaS & Colocation Services: Custom cloud and colocation solutions tailored to DHS needs.
