Provide a reliable, cost effective, scalable, secure, and flexible enterprise computing platform that supports and enhances customer IT needs and capabilities from requirements gathering through design, development, testing, and implementation.
PROGRAM SUPPORT SERVICES INCLUDING BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, GOVERNANCE
· Program oversight and execution to include task order management to support service level reporting, enterprise business offerings and capacity planning
· Enterprise Operations Infrastructure Support Services to at least 15,000 end users across 200 locations
INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT: INFRASTRUCTURE AND HOSTING SUPPORT, CYBER-SECURITY, APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT
· Provisioning, management, administration and troubleshooting of the data network services: WLAN, file/printer servers, firewalls, routers, switches, circuits,
· Operations, management and maintenance of the DOT Headquarters and field locations using DOT tailored processes to maintain network availability
· Integrated security services for monitoring Infrastructure and Network activity (remote access, firewall management, security vulnerability and detection, etc.)
· Technical Design Services are the activities associated with the assessment and definition of functional, performance
· IT Continuity and Disaster Recovery, and Security
· Back Up Storage provisioning, capacity management, and day to day operations of the installed storage and data environment
· Management of customer applications, application servers, storage, databases and/or web services utilized by the DOT environment
· Incident management for Tier 2 and 3 as it relates to restoring normal service operation as quickly as possible and minimizing the adverse impact on business operations
· Configuration Management Services to identify, control, maintain and verify installed hardware, Software and Network versions including change and release management
· COOP/DR Services to ensure DOT’s capability to resume critical business functions to specific performance targets within specified time periods
ENDUSER MANAGEMENT: HELP DESK, DESKTOP AND WIRELESS SUPPORT AND MANAGEMENT FOR USERS AT HEADQUARTERS TO INCLUDE DOT FIELD SITES
· End to End incident management from Tiers 0 through 2
· Development of knowledge management systems
· Asset Management, tracking, verification and reporting to include weekly property receipts to enable timely charges to customers
· Wireless support for issuing, tracking, and troubleshooting devices
· Support Services for technical, analytical, and management support for telecommunications operations such as conferencing operators
