The Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Information & Technology (OIT) requires a contractor to develop, sustain, and continuously modernize the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Product Line, the enterprise IT backbone that manages medical logistics across the entire VA health system. This covers everything from inventory and procurement workflows to warehousing and distribution systems supporting 155 VA Medical Centers and1,200+ care locations serving 9 million Veterans.
Our team supports the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs by rebuilding the supply chain backbone behind VA healthcare — the systems that enable every prosthetic delivered, every prescription filled, and every piece of medical equipment placed at a Veteran’s bedside.
Today, that mission spans more than sixty legacy systems across over one hundred seventy VA sites, creating a fragmented environment long cited by federal auditors. We are leading the modernization effort to consolidate, secure, and transform this footprint into a unified, cloud‑native ecosystem operating on the VA Enterprise Cloud and the VA Logistics Integration Platform.
We design, build, and sustain the Healthcare and Enterprise Logistics Management (HELM) product line, covering environmental management, asset and technology management, expendable inventory, prosthetics, and technical services. Our teams deliver within a DevSecOps and SAFe 6.0 framework, bringing Zero Trust security, continuous delivery, and AI/ML analytics into each release. We ensure seamless interoperability with systems like Oracle Health EHR, VistA, iFAMS, MPI/MVI, and Lighthouse APIs to keep VA’s modernization efforts working reliably at the point of care.
