About The Role
The Business Process Advisor provides administrative, business operations and resource management support to evolve and build out an extensive foundational framework for the customer organization. The candidate will support activities to include:
- Organize program and project activities to create efficiencies.
- Consult with portfolio, program, and project managers and technical experts to set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks supporting strategic plans
- Provide executive-level organizational performance support to the front office including action tracking, on/off boarding, facility space administration.
- Provide meeting facilitation to governance boards, all hands, offsites, including agenda publication, meeting minutes and actions
- Recognize and recommend business process improvements.
- Drive accountability by documenting decisions, identifying actions, and ensuring timely resolution.
- Organize and manage folder/data structure.
- Facilitate organizational communications.
- Other ad hoc tasking as required.
Qualifications
- TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required
- Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD
- Broad knowledge and experience with project/program management methodologies
- Experience with programmatic activities including tracking actions, documenting management decisions, and maintaining configuration management and providing seamless support to Front Office systems and processes
- Experience supporting communication efforts, drafting emails, e-memos, meeting notes, etc. with various stakeholders to ensure coordination and information flow
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to support strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and tracking, outreach.
- Ability to support the planning and facilitation of technical exchange meetings
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team collaborative environment
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience using Confluence, Tableau
- Cable writing experience
- Prior customer experience across the organization
- Experience supporting senior level management
- Experience working across organizational boundaries to achieve mission goals

Details
Target Salary Range: $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
