Program Overview
About The Role

We are seeking a Contracts Operations Administrator to join our Business Enablement team. In this role, you will be an integral part of the Centralized Data Management (CDM) team, managing the intake and data management process for contract awards and modifications, ensuring that all contract related information is processed efficiently within Peraton’s Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM) system and adheres to critical data and compliance management standards. In addition, this role will provide support for daily activities of a team focused on ensuring accurate and timely administration of critical contractual workflows, including execution of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years expereince with data and compliance management, and familiarity with government contracting processes and regulations. Your contributions will ensure high levels of data quality to support Peraton compliance and regulatory initiatives and will provide support in the contract closeout processes.

 

The Administrator will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: 

 

  • Data Management: Participate in the intake process of contract award/mod setup requests. This involves ensuring all required contract data is accurately represented. May include assigning requests to CDM team members, regularly audit data entries to ensure compliance with internal service level agreements, monitoring key CDM metrics, and providing input for continuous improvement of CDM processes.
  • Non-Disclosure Agreement Support:  Guided by company policies and procedures, collaborate across sectors and within the Sub-Contracts Centers of Excellence team to support ensuring compliant, efficient, and cost-effective contractual solutions.
  • Compliance Management:  Additionally, this team member will support fulfillment of requests for award/modification setup by reviewing contractual artifacts and ensuring proper setup within Peraton’s CLM for audit preparedness and cyclical regulatory reporting requirements or internal reports & dashboards, contribute to reducing the corrective action population as well as assist with contract closeout priority actions.  Will also support business operations and/or Non-Disclosure Agreement compliance related processes within government systems.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-up meetings to report status and address impediments, working closely with CDM team members to complete tasks on time and within established SLAs.  Work closely with the Sub-Contracts leadership and contract administrators to ensure accurate and timely administration of NDAs.
  • Data Integrity: Conduct contract data research and corrective actions to ensure contract records are complete and accurate.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Contract Administrators and other relevant NDA resources to gather necessary information to ensure a high level of data quality.
  • System Support & Special Projects: Assist with Contract Operations initiatives and/or support special projects within the Peraton Contracts  Team, as needed.
Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 0 years of experience
  • A minimum of 4 years of equivalent contracts experience is required in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Organizational Skills: You are highly organized, detail oriented and strong commitment to data accuracy/data management, and have a structured approach to completing tasks, with proactive status communication.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with experience in email and Microsoft Teams’ chat.
  • Interpersonal Skills: You are experienced in interfacing with all organizational levels and can collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and contract lifecycle management software.

Preferred:

  • Experience with contract lifecycle management software
  • Experience in government contracting.

Details

Target Salary Range: $39,000 - $62,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
