Program Overview
About The Role

The Cyber All Source Reports Officer will apply expert intelligence reporting tradecraft to review, refine, and disseminate intelligence products in accordance with Intelligence Community (IC) standards and customer-specific style guidance. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of reporting authorities, formatting requirements, and structured dissemination procedures across multiple reporting vehicles. The position directly supports operational effectiveness by conducting detailed reviews of numerous report types to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and compliance prior to release. The successful candidate will ensure all products adhere to customer style guides and established reporting protocols while maintaining responsiveness to dynamic mission requirements.

 

The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in intelligence reporting methodologies and experience working across multiple reporting platforms and dissemination channels. You will conduct pre-release quality control reviews, validate formatting and sourcing requirements, and ensure proper alignment with mission priorities. This role requires flexibility to operate across six distinct reporting vehicles and adapt to shifting customer needs while maintaining rigorous standards. You will collaborate with analysts, collectors, and mission stakeholders to ensure reporting products meet established criteria, share target-related updates as appropriate, and maintain continuity in reporting workflows to support operations.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience with All Source and/or associated Intelligence Community reporting tools and reporting vehicles.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of reporting tools, dissemination platforms, requirements and formatting methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work flexibly across multiple reporting vehicles and adapt to evolving mission demands.
  • Proven experience reviewing, editing, and validating intelligence reports in accordance with Intelligence Community standards and customer-specific style guidance.
  • Experience conducting quality control of multiple intelligence product types prior to dissemination.
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • Minimum 8 years with BS/BA, 6 years with MS/MA, 3 years with PhD.
    • A degree should be in one of the following fields: Information Technology, Information Security, Computer Science, Intelligence Studies, Cyber Security, Data Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering or another related field of study.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience directly supporting intelligence production environments within the DoD or Intelligence Community, including adherence to structured reporting standards and pre-publication review processes.
  • Experience of coordination with all-source analysts to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of multi-INT collection efforts.
  • Development of collection plans and strategies that generate reliable and relevant intelligence to enable analytical support.

Details

Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
