We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Data & Program Management Lead to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) BNATC Program, overseeing data management and program execution across 53 sites nationwide.
This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, regulatory alignment, data integrity, and superior client engagement within a complex federal environment. The ideal candidate brings deep program management experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to lead data-driven decision-making while strengthening client relationships.
This role is work in the DMV area.
8+ years of progressive experience in program management, data management
Bachelor’s degree required, or 6 + years with MS/MA, 3+ with PhD
Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-site federal programs and vendor deliverables
Proven ability to build executive-level client relationships within a federal environment
Exceptional communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills
U.S. Citizenship required
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
