About The Role
Peraton is seeking a Executive Operations Coordinator (EOC) to provide support for our NAVAIR customer on site in Lexington Park/Patuxent River, MD.
You will work as the Executive Operations Coordinator, a dynamic role supporting both the Operational Energy and the Zero FOD (Foreign Object Damage) teams. This position is pivotal in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while providing comprehensive project and strategic support to team leadership. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and adaptable, with exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of managing executive priorities and operational workflows.
What you will do:
- Plan, organize, and orchestrate work to ensure that Program’s priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld
- Analyze and maintain operational data
- Track and maintain budgets of operational costs
- Strategically map-out, plan, and manage projects using both milestones and deadlines
- Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site
- Oversee and direct daily team administrative processes and procedures
- Assist the Program Manager in daily tasks and duties
- Communicate with the team to confirm execution of program processes
- Establish and maintain a centralized repository for team information
- Ensure compliance with best business practices throughout organization
- Implement improved operational measures and policies that promote efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications
What you will need:
- Education: Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD. Desired degrees include Business Administration; other related degrees may also be acceptable.
- Ability to work with various stakeholders to create, validate, and oversee program operations aligned with business objectives
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and other operational software
- Secret security clearance

SCA / Union / Intern Rate or Range
Details
Target Salary Range: $86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
