Program Overview
Engineering modernization and integration practices to include Digital Engineering and Agile at Scale for all of NGA, NSG, and ASG.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or a related technical or scientific discipline such as Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
- Additional experience may be substituted for a degree (4 years with no degree or 2 years with a non-STEM degree).
- 18+ years of experience supporting government or industry programs in areas such as DoD/IC Acquisition Processes, Requirements Processes, PPBES Processes, or systems engineering of large, complex System-of-Systems or Service-Oriented Architecture environments.
- Strong understanding of the systems engineering lifecycle and enterprise systems integration principles.
- Demonstrated knowledge of current NSG/ASG and NRO enterprise environments.
- Previous experience supporting NGA, NSG/ASG programs/projects.
- Previous experience supporting IC, or DoD programs/projects.
- Experience supporting cloud, on-premises, or hybrid infrastructures.
- Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain SCI eligibility and successfully pass a polygraph.
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering or a related STEM discipline.
- Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies, tools, and languages.
- Software Development Framework certification.
- INCOSE Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP) certification.
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
- Membership or leadership participation in professional organizations such as ACSM, ASCE, ASPRS, OGC, SAREM, or USGIF.
- Extensive experience within the geospatial intelligence domain.
- Experience engineering solutions leveraging Cloud technologies, Big Data platforms, and AI/Automation technologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in photogrammetry, remote sensing, image science, information science, geographic information systems (GIS), geomatics, or related technical disciplines.
Details
Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
