We are seeking an Expert-level Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) Integration Engineer to lead the development and integration of complex mission systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring enterprise-wide system interoperability and mission success across cutting-edge SAR programs.
As a technical leader, you will collaborate with systems engineers, solutions architects, and developers to design and deliver end-to-end solutions that process and exploit SAR data, supporting the full Tasking, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TPED) lifecycle.
Lead the integration of SAR systems across hardware and software components, ensuring a total systems perspective.
Analyze, design, test, and evaluate systems that handle SAR data throughout the TPED process.
Plan, coordinate, and document enterprise integration solutions using a mix of internally developed and commercial technologies.
Define and manage system interface and interoperability requirements.
Develop and implement data management practices to treat data as a strategic enterprise resource.
Provide technical oversight and mentorship to a team of Senior-, Mid-, and Junior-level Integration Engineers.
Collaborate across engineering, architecture, and program teams to align integration efforts with mission objectives.
