Program Overview
About The Role

Peraton is seeking an experienced Program Management Advisor to provide daily support to Program Managers in the following, but not limited to, duties:

  • Manage and coordinate daily/weekly schedules, briefing coordination onboarding/offboarding duties, vendor visits and similar duties. 
  • Provide leadership and insight to high visibility, high impact tasks, both in the short term, quick-paced goals; as well as the planning and execution of management long range goals.
  • Understand tasking in a fast paced environment with the ability to analyze the situation, propose educated/innovative/well-thought-out solutions, coordinate all activities through the decision making process resulting in a successful, well-communicated outcome.
  • The successful candidate will possess the highest degree of integrity and discretion to successfully complete tasking with little supervision.
  • Performs a variety of project administration support services to include briefing coordination involving data review, reporting, project coordination, budget review, and other related duties in support of the Project/Program Manager.
  • Provides support to the Project/Program Manager in planning, managing, and monitoring projects through its life cycle.
  • Works on overall project planning through reporting on project schedules and deliverables.
  • Briefs management on the status of action items.
  • May assist in writing narratives for reports.
  • Monitors project timeline; tracks document submissions; creates, monitors, and maintains project files.
  • Identifies and resolves issues to eliminate or mitigate the occurrence of consequences that may impact the success of the project.
  • May prepare memorandums.
Qualifications

 


Min 8 years with BS/BA, Min 6 years with MS/MA

TS/SCI W/POLY 

  • Minimum of 5 years experience supporting complex projects.
  • Experience working with executive level management maximizing and focusing project efforts to include executing diverse schedules with contingency planning and de-conflicting competing priorities.
  • Experience in coordinating large meetings
  • Demonstrated ability to understand complex tasking and coordinate/execute all activities through successful completion to include recommendations for improvement.
  • Experience in documenting, organizing, tracking of project files
  • Experience in knowledge management.
  • Highest degree of character and integrity.
  • Superb interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external. 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Superb attention to detail, specifically in written documentation.
  • Ability to work through problems, influencing stakeholders to maintain progress through successful project completion.
  • Demonstrated track record in documenting, and implementing, lessons learned and follow-on actions.
  • Experience creating and coordinating legal documentation, memos, etc.
  • Ability to multi-task, de-conflicting schedules in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field; or equivalent industry experience. 

 

SCA / Union / Intern Rate or Range

Details

Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
