Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer, you will:

• Work with solution architects, technical experts, business development executives, and writers to create imagery for RFIs, white papers, and proposals.
• Create compelling cover art, oral presentations, posters, CD/DVD labels, infographics, network schematics, and other graphics.
• Be trained and mentored by a highly experienced proposal graphic design team.
• Expected to be onsite 4 days a week with 1 flex day (only if the prop team is not onsite).
• Expected to be onsite every day your prop team is onsite.

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience with BS/BA.
• 3+ years of graphic design experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Cloud, and MS PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of the print production process, printers, and plotters.
• Ability to conceptualize and develop complex graphic designs from text or verbal description.
• Portfolio available on request.
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance (active Secret or above preferred).
• Ability to travel and work out of both our Northern VA offices and Annapolis Junction, as needed.
• 3+ years Federal or State proposal experience.
• FEDSIM proposal experience a must.
• Experience using AI‑driven graphic design or image‑generation tools to enhance proposal and presentation graphics.
• US Citizenship

Desired Qualifications:

• BA or BS in Graphic Arts, Web Design, Fine Arts, or Communications Arts, or Certificate/Associate degree in Graphic Design.
• Proficiency in MS Visio and MS Project GANTT charts.
• 1+ years of experience developing proposal graphics.
• Knowledge of an industry-leading proposal process (e.g., Shipley Associates).
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
