About The Role

Peraton is seeking a skilled GSA/GWAC Portfolio Senior Contracts Administrator to manage and optimize our portfolio of GSA/GWAC contracts. This role blends contract management expertise with customer collaboration to drive compliance and regulatory excellence. Working closely with federal customers and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring contract efficiency and alignment with regulatory and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Portfolio Management:

  • Manage a portfolio of GSA Schedules, BPAs, MA-IDIQs, and GWAC contracts of varying types and complexities.
  • Oversee risk reviews, proposal compliance, pricing strategies, and adherence to overarching vehicle terms.
  • Conduct contract negotiation, administration, and customer activities in line with company policies and regulations.
  • Advise internal teams on contractual obligations and maintain accurate recordkeeping (e.g., correspondence, changes, and reporting).
  • Develop and refine internal frameworks, policies, and tools to ensure continuous compliance with MA-IDIQs.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and resolve contract-related concerns effectively.

Contracts and Regulatory Compliance:

  • Monitor updates to federal acquisition legislation and assess the impact on existing contracts.
  • Support internal policy updates to align with compliance requirements.
  • Participate in industry forums to stay abreast of regulatory changes and provide insights on government acquisition practices.

Training and Development:

  • Support and deliver training on acquisition policies and contract management best practices.
  • Identify compliance risks and recommend updates to organizational policies or procedures.
  • Assist in educating teams on Peraton’s contract policies, standards, and processes.

Customer-Focused Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Assist with compliance research and ensure customer alignment.
  • Mentor and guide team members on regulatory and operational tasks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address challenges and drive innovative solutions.
  • Contribute to strategic and operational optimization initiatives.

 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 12 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 10 years of experience (additional experience may substitute for a degree).
  • 16+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Proven expertise in federal contracts administration, including GSA Schedules, GWACs, and multiple award contracts lifecycle management.
  • Deep knowledge of federal acquisition processes and regulations.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in drafting, negotiating, and managing contract terms—ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as PMP, CFCM, or DAWIA.
  • Experience managing, training, and mentoring contract team members.
  • Track record of delivering creative solutions and maintaining regulatory alignment.

Target Salary Range: $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
