We are seeking a detail-oriented, strategic Integrated Master Scheduler (IMS) to support complex telecom and IT programs within a mission-critical FAA environment. This role is ideal for a scheduling professional who thrives on precision, collaboration, and delivering clarity in highly integrated technical programs.
Develop, maintain, and manage integrated master schedules for complex telecom and IT initiatives
Track milestones, interdependencies, and critical paths to ensure schedule integrity
Identify risks, impacts, and schedule variances — and proactively recommend mitigation strategies
Deliver insightful schedule analysis and reporting to inform program leadership decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, operations, and program teams to align execution with mission objectives

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of program scheduling experience with MS Project or Primavera
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and visualization
Strong ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights
Experience designing efficient workflows and optimizing processes for compliance and performance
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
