  • Structure & Access Control: Build out folder structures, manage user permissions, and ensure files are organized, secure, and easily searchable.

  • Workflow Efficiency: Identify bottlenecks in existing G3/5/7 workflows and propose automated solutions to streamline tasks.
  • Enterprise Data Visualization (Preferred): Leverage Army enterprise tools like Army Vantage or Power BI to build live dashboards that track and visualize project statuses for leadership decision-making.
  • AI Integration (Preferred): Apply basic understanding of approved Army AI platforms to modernize manual staff processes.
  • Cross-Division Support: Provide flexible technical and process support to other divisions within the DAMO-SO Directorate as directed by the DAMO-SOC Division Chief.

    • This role requires an exceptionally proactive, process-oriented self-starter who operates autonomously without micro-management. While primarily dedicated to supporting the DAMO-SOC Division, the ICM is a team player who remains available to provide cross-level support and assist other divisions within the DAMO-SO Directorate during peak operational surges or strategic initiatives.
