About The Role

We are seeking a Junior Systems Integrator to support the coordination and integrity of a complex NSG/ASG systems-of-systems enterprise. In this role, you will partner with system owners to plan, implement, test, document, and maintain solutions across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments using established processes and tools.

This is a great opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience working within large-scale, mission-critical environments supporting GEOINT delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support systems integration activities across the NSG, ASG, and Federal Agencies to ensure timely and accurate GEOINT delivery
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to support planning, implementation, testing, documentation, and sustainment of systems and services
  • Assist in maintaining a holistic systems perspective, including understanding technical relationships, dependencies, and requirements across:
    • Cloud environments
    • On-premise infrastructure
    • Hybrid architectures
    • Security domains
  • Support the coordination of engineering plans and site installation technical design packages
  • Contribute to defined systems integration processes and tools to ensure consistency and reliability

Location: This position is fully onsite in Springfield, VA. 

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field
    • Equivalent additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Experience (junior-level or higher) 0-6 years' supporting systems integration in government or industry environments, specifically within:
    • Large, complex systems-of-systems or service-oriented architectures
    • Cloud, on-premise, and/or hybrid infrastructures
  • Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain SCI and pass a polygraph

Desired:

  • Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), including related processes, tools, and languages
  • Previous experience supporting NGA and/or NSG/ASG programs
  • Previous experience supporting Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD) programs
Details

Target Salary Range: $80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
