About The Role

Behind every analyst at USCYBERCOM J2 is a knowledge infrastructure that has to work — seamlessly, securely, and at the speed of the mission. Peraton is looking for a Knowledge Manager specializing in SharePoint to build, maintain, and continuously improve that infrastructure at Fort Meade, MD.

In this role, you won't just administer a platform — you'll architect the digital backbone of one of the most critical intelligence enterprises in the U.S. government. From custom SharePoint applications and automated workflows to JIRA/Confluence environments and cross-domain data pipelines, your work will directly enable analysts and operators to do theirs.

What You'll Do

  • Perform configuration, administration, and development of SharePointAtlassian suite (JIRA/Confluence), and other enterprise content management systems
  • Develop, stage, test, and host SharePoint solutions tailored to USCYBERCOM J2 mission requirements
  • Design and develop web parts, InfoPath forms, Microsoft Office integration applications, workflows, page templates, and branding customization
  • Configure collaboration sites and forms authentication to manage staff access across classification domains
  • Manage user controls and security permissions across SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence environments
  • Build custom interactive SharePoint applications and websites using SharePoint Designer, CSOM, JSOM, REST API, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and C#/VB.NET
  • Build workflows, forms, and dashboards that streamline intelligence production and knowledge sharing
  • Implement SharePoint information management policies and control access to sensitive information
  • Support cross-domain data transfer administration across JWICS, SIPRNet, and NIPRNet environments
  • Ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility requirements and DoD records management policies
  • Author and maintain Operating Instructions (OIs) for Command-wide programs and initiatives
Qualifications

What You Bring

Required:

  • Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance with Polygraph
  • Minimum of 12 years w/o a degree or 10 years with AS/AA or 8 years with BS/BA or 6 years with master's or 3 years with PhD
  • Proficiency in SharePoint configuration, administration, and development for enterprise environments
  • Experience with Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence) administration
  • Working knowledge of content management systems, records management, and IC/DoD classification guidelines
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain SharePoint solutions at enterprise scale
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with analysts, operators, and stakeholders at all levels

Preferred:

  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint Designer, CSOM, JSOM, and REST API
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and C#/VB.NET for custom SharePoint development
  • Familiarity with InfoPath forms and Microsoft Office integration applications
  • Knowledge of Section 508 compliance requirements and DoD records management policies
  • Experience with cross-domain data transfer tools and multi-network environments (JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet)
  • 12+ years of relevant experience, including work within the last 2 years
  • Master's degree in a related field — or a Bachelor's degree plus 5 additional years of senior-level experience (17 years total)
