We are seeking highly cleared professionals who excel at the intersection of advanced communications infrastructure, distributed systems, and mission assurance where reliability, security, and performance are paramount. 

Specifically, we are looking for a TS/SCI cleared PMO Integration & Requirements Lead to support this mission in Tampa, Florida. 

Responsibilities:  

As the PMO Integration & Requirements Lead, you will lead PMO-level integration and requirements development activities, overseeing a team of analysts to support PRD package development through approval, manage overall PMO tracking of PRDs, and transition approved efforts to execution teams. This role is also responsible for PMO backend systems, tools, and processes that enable effective program execution.  Your responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage a team of PMO Program Analysts and a Requirements Analyst (“utility players”) supporting program management and PRD development activities.
  • Plan, lead, and coordinate PMO integration activities across stakeholders to support PRD package development efforts through approval.
  • Oversee the development, refinement, and validation of requirements to ensure PRDs are complete, aligned, and ready for execution.
  • Maintain overall PMO tracking of PRDs, including status, dependencies, risks, and timelines to support leadership visibility and decision-making.
  • Coordinate across PMO, engineering, operations, and Directorate stakeholders to ensure alignment and completeness of PRD submissions.
  • Transition approved PRDs to execution teams, ensuring clear handoff, documentation, and continuity of intent.
  • Serve as the functional lead for PMO backend systems and tools, managing their use for personnel tracking, resource planning, workflow execution, and program reporting.
  • Coordinate with Finance (cost tracking) and technical developers (e.g., ServiceNow) for tool alignment, enhancements, and issue resolution.
  • Develop, maintain, and report program metrics, dashboards, and status updates to provide leadership visibility into PRD and overall program performance.
  • Establish and maintain Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs), integrated schedules, and action tracking to support program execution and issue resolution.
  • Facilitate and support governance forums, working groups, and stakeholder meetings to drive alignment on priorities and approvals.
  • Develop and maintain program documentation, reports, and artifacts supporting portfolio and project management activities.
  • Support development and refinement of PMO processes, SOPs, and lifecycle workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Utilize program management tools and systems including KPI dashboards, system tracking tools, workflow automation, requirements traceability matrices, risk registers, and PMO management databases.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing sessions and continuous improvement initiatives across the program.
Qualifications

Required qualifications: 

  • Previous experience as Project Support Lead or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level 
  • 10 years of experience, may have supervisory or management experience
  • A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level 
  • US citizenship is required  

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Must complete DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment. 

Work Environment:  

  • Location: Tampa, FL 
  • On-site expectations: Full-time on-site presence required for equipment management and asset tracking 
  • Travel: May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites for logistics coordination and facility assessments

Details

Target Salary Range: $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
