About The Role

 

We are Hiring! We are looking for a Principal ICAM Modernization Leader with deep, hands-on expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) modernization to join our team. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience architecting, implementing, and leading IAM/ICAM cloud solutions in complex Government environments using Zero Trust Architecture frameworks. You will serve as the technical authority driving end-to-end IAM modernization efforts, overseeing the full lifecycle of enterprise-level identity, credential, and access management leading the technical integration of an enterprise ecosystem from planning through implementation utilizing deep technical proficiency in ICAM, SaaS, AWS Cloud and program management skills.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

Strategic & Technical Leadership

 

  • Provide hands on technical support to implement and provide ongoing management of a modernized ICAM solution.
  • Manage the agreed scope of the organization's solution projects and provides innovative solutions to complex problems for the purpose of increasing the speed of development and change and of driving the achievement of business objectives.
  • Coordinate solution planning for offerings, heads a solution team, utilizing strong technical leadership and ongoing coaching of direct reports.
  • Coordinate development and execution of solution roadmaps aligned with organizational vision utilizing Zero Trust Architecture frameworks and solutions in a government or high-security environment
  • Guide technology research in alignment with organizational strategy

Stakeholder Management

 

 

  • Single point of contact to communicate effectively with senior government officials, cross-functional internal/external teams, and partners providing presentations for technical solution, progress, issues, or risks.
  • Balance strategic vision with execution detail, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery

Agile and Project Lifecycle Management

 

  • Lead full lifecycle from initiation to close-out: planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, delivery
  • Manage agile development teams and understanding how any enhancement, defect, or other request impacts the architecture of the application.
  • Establish project requirements, scope, budget, schedule, and resources and lead agile sprint teams
  • Manage priorities across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Qualifications

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 15 years of experience in Information Technology as a Program Manager, Deputy PM, or Senior Project Manager
  • PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification; must be current/active
  • ITIL Foundation knowledge and proficiency with the knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques required to implement ITIL-based services
  • Strong technical understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) / ICAM, including hands-on ICAM implementation experience
  • Strong understanding of AWS Cloud environments
  • Experience with end-to-end implementation of IT infrastructure and security solutions, including planning, design, testing, and deployment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
  • Skilled in engaging with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in solution architecture and agile project management
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance

  • Active Public Trust is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus
Details

Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
