About The Role

The Program Director serves as the senior leader responsible for the successful execution of the Task Order and is designated as Key Personnel. This role provides full management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for all contract activities.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all program operations to ensure delivery schedules are met, system and workforce resources are utilized effectively, and strong, collaborative relationships are maintained with government customers.
    • Provide oversight of cost, schedule, performance, integration activities, and risk identification and mitigation across all work products including systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities, and all related program tasks.
    • Lead resolution of production‑related issues and drive timely, high‑quality technical and business solutions.
    • Ensure completion of a Post Award Conference within 15 days of contract award and establish firm schedules for all unfinalized CDRLs.
    • Work directly with the COR and Contracting Officer to oversee the integrated master schedule and transition plans, ensuring all projects within the Task Order move cohesively toward defined goals and objectives.
    • Provide continuous program management, supervision, and direction to ensure contract requirements are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all performance criteria.
    • Maintain and deliver remote work management reports, including lessons learned and synchronization guidance, in accordance with DI‑MGMT‑81991.
    • Use government‑furnished systems to receive, log, assign, track, and monitor tasks for all Centers, Offices, and Task Forces.
    • Ensure all assigned tasks are properly logged, delegated, tracked, and completed; coordinate formal written requests for clarification or extensions when required.
    • Oversee task closeout activities and ensure customers receive complete and accurate deliverables.
    • Maintain full responsibility for Task Order quality and efficiency, including technical execution, business operations, and process compliance.
    • Exercise the organizational authority necessary to execute all Task Order requirements effectively.
    • Meet weekly with government stakeholders to review activities, resource needs, risks, and priorities as part of recurring Program Management Update Meetings (DI‑MGMT‑81991).
    • Prepare and submit Monthly Status Reports (DI‑MGMT‑80368A).
    • Develop and maintain a Plan of Accomplishment to address changes and establish firm dates for incremental deliverables (DI‑MGMT‑80555A).

 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

 

  • TS/SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass a poly
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 16 years of experience OR Master's degree with 14 years of relevant work experience OR 20 years of experience w/o degree
  • Proven experience in government or private industry in contact center operations management or other relevant work areas.
  • Program Management experience working with the DIA/MSIC
  • Possess a Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional certification, APICS Production Management certification or Defense Acquisition University (DAU) equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years progressively responsible Management, Project Management or equivalent specialized experience with Project Management tools and techniques. Must be able to identify and communicate program risks and recommend mitigation.
  • Demonstrated experience successfully leading large, complex government programs with responsibility for cost, schedule, performance, and risk.
  • Ability to provide decisive leadership, foster collaboration, and engage effectively with senior government stakeholders.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience creating, updating, and maintain Integrated Management Schedule and proficient utilizing Program Management SW Tools.
  • Excellent communicator with exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-starter with proven leadership ability, as well as demonstrated success working with limited supervision while coordinating activities with security, operations, quality assurance, contracts, and other program execution functions.

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience collaborating with technical and military analysts across the Intelligence Community or other DoD organizations
  • Excellent time management and administrative skills with the ability to prioritize and/or reprioritize daily tasks based on the needs of the program.  

 

Details

Target Salary Range: $176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
