Engineering modernization and integration practices to include Digital Engineering and Agile at Scale for all of NGA, NSG, and ASG.
About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Systems Integrator to provide strategic leadership and ensure the overall integrity and performance of the NSG/ASG enterprise systems-of-systems. In this role, you will lead end-to-end integration efforts—from planning and implementation through testing, documentation, and sustainment—across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments. You’ll leverage established processes and tools to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable technical solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support cross-agency systems integration efforts across the NSG, ASG, and partnering federal organizations to ensure delivery of timely, accurate GEOINT capabilities.

  • Oversee and maintain a holistic systems perspective, including a deep technical understanding of interdependencies, requirements, and relationships across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments, as well as associated infrastructure and security domains.

  • Direct and review the development of engineering plans, site installation packages, and technical design documentation.

  • Mentor, guide, and provide technical oversight to mid-level and junior Systems Integrators, ensuring quality execution and alignment with enterprise goals.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • 12+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM or related technical/scientific field (e.g., Systems Engineering, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems).
    OR equivalent experience:

    • 4 years of relevant experience with no degree, OR

    • 2 years of relevant experience with a non-STEM degree.

Technical Expertise

  • Demonstrated senior-level systems integration experience within government or industry, involving large, complex System-of-Systems or Service-Oriented Architecture environments across cloud, on-premise, or hybrid infrastructures.

Domain & Mission Experience

  • Hands-on experience supporting NGA and/or NSG/ASG programs or projects.

  • Previous work within the Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD) on relevant programs.

Security Clearance

    • Active TS/SCI clearance, or eligibility to obtain SCI access and successfully complete a polygraph.

Desired Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, MIS, or a related STEM discipline.

  • Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles, methodologies, tools, and modeling languages.

Details

Target Salary Range: $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
