About The Role

Peraton is seeking an experienced and accomplished Systems Integrator to support a complex, technology intensive facility relocation and integration effort. The candidate will work across senior management, technical teams, facilities, logistics, IT/network organizations, customer stakeholders, mission partners, and other project participants to coordinate requirements, activities, schedules, and dependencies throughout the relocation lifecycle. The candidate will be responsible for bringing together multiple organizations and workstreams to ensure requirements are identified, communicated, tracked, and successfully executed. The candidate must be a highly proactive self-starter who can operate independently with minimal supervision, recognize gaps and emerging issues, engage the appropriate stakeholders, and drive actions through completion. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage numerous competing priorities, and the ability to establish structure and accountability in a complex environment with many different stakeholders. The candidate should be comfortable briefing project status, risks, issues, requirements, and recommendations to senior leadership and affected organizations.

 

Responsibilities

Examples of duties include but are not limited to:

Program Integration and Relocation Activities:

  • Coordinate large scale facility relocations, consolidations, and transitions involving technology, equipment, personnel, and operational requirements.
  • Serve as the central coordination point across IT/network, facilities, logistics, engineering, security, end users, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Gather, validate, document, and track technical, facility, organizational, and operational requirements through the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, action items, risks, and issues across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Review facility plans, designs, equipment layouts, and related documentation to ensure requirements are incorporated and identify gaps or required changes.
  • Coordinate phased moves and transition activities, including equipment movement, staging, installation, logistics, and operational readiness.
  • Establish and facilitate working groups, recurring coordination meetings, and stakeholder forums to maintain alignment and drive execution.
  • Prepare agendas, briefings, status reports, and leadership presentations that clearly communicate progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
  • Proactively identify issues and gaps, engage the appropriate stakeholders, and drive actions through resolution and closure.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, decisions, communications, requirements, schedules, and status.
  • Build strong working relationships across organizational boundaries and ensure affected stakeholders remain informed and aligned.
Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting or managing large, complex facility relocations, consolidations, transitions, or technology moves.
  • Experience coordinating programs involving multiple organizations, technical disciplines, stakeholders, and concurrent workstreams.
  • Demonstrated systems integration and project management experience, including requirements, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and action-item management.
  • Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of driving activities from identification through completion.
  • Proven self starter who can identify gaps, anticipate issues, determine what needs to happen next, and engage the right stakeholders without waiting for direction.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively across technical and non technical organizations and build productive relationships at all levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief senior leadership on project status, issues, risks, and recommendations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment while maintaining accurate project information and follow-through.
  • Experience facilitating meetings and working groups and developing project schedules, status reports, meeting minutes, action trackers, requirements documentation, and briefing materials.
  • Ability to understand and work with technical and facility documentation, including equipment layouts, designs, and infrastructure requirements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams/SharePoint or similar collaboration tools.

 

Experience and Education:

  • Prior customer-facing experience supporting complex technology, facilities, logistics, or operational programs..
  • BS 12, MS 10, PhD 7 years of relevant experience or comparable years of experience in lieu of degree
  • TS/SCI with Poly.

Target Salary Range: $146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
