About The Role

 

Peraton is seeking an experienced Sr Talent Advisor to support our Annapolis Junction customer portfolio. This role requires deep expertise in recruiting cleared talent and delivering exceptional service to both candidates and hiring teams. As a strategic talent advisor, you will drive full lifecycle recruiting efforts, provide market insights to guide hiring decisions, and ensure compliance with all Peraton and federal requirements.
 
Responsibilities include:
 
• Successfully deliver distinctive recruiting performance and results to Peraton customers.
• Attract, assess, and retain top cleared talent that differentiates Peraton in the competitive Intelligence Community marketplace.
• Serve as a strategic partner to hiring teams, providing guidance and expertise aligned with program and organizational objectives.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including planning, market intelligence research, sourcing strategy development, screening, assessment, candidate engagement, and offer delivery.
• Perform full lifecycle recruiting, from requisition opening through offer acceptance, for high‑priority and critical skill requirements.
• Develop, recommend, and execute data‑driven recruitment strategies leveraging internal talent and external candidate pipelines.
• Monitor and maintain applicant tracking system accuracy to ensure effective prioritization and pipeline management.
• Understand and track performance against key recruiting metrics and audit reports.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws, Peraton policies, and all Talent Acquisition processes.
• Communicate any concerns or impacts related to corporate initiatives or policies that may affect recruiting outcomes or hiring capability.
• Deliver a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers through timely communication, professionalism, and high‑quality engagement.

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 12 years of experience; or a Master’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for highly specialized cleared positions within the Intelligence Community.
• Proven ability to design and execute complex sourcing strategies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to advise senior hiring stakeholders.
• Proficiency using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple high‑priority requirements while delivering timely results.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting DoD or IC customers in Annapolis Junction or similar markets.
• Strong understanding of compensation trends, cleared labor market conditions, and competitor landscape.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high‑tempo environment.

Details

Target Salary Range: $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
