About The Role

About the Role

The Task Lead will provide overall management and oversight of all activities performed by approximately 40 IT personnel. This technical task lead will facilitate Government and Contractor communications, apply industry-best standards and proven methodologies to track and document requirements and activities, and ensure all tasks are accomplished in accordance with program requirements. The Task Lead will be responsible for the quality and efficiency of the team's performance and will assist the Government with financial and business processes in collaboration with the Program Management Team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall management and oversight of all IT personnel and activities
  • Facilitate seamless communication between Government and Contractor teams
  • Track and document all requirements and activities using industry-best standards for continuous Government monitoring and evaluation
  • Ensure the quality and efficiency of the team's performance in meeting all requirements
  • Assist the Government with financial and business processes related to the contract in conjunction with the Program Management Team
  • Proactively alert the Government to potential issues

 

This position requires full-time, onsite attendance Monday through Friday in the Baltimore metropolitan area. 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Clearance requirement: Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility
  • PMP certification required
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Software Engineering
  • 12 years of experience, including supervisory or management experience
  • One of the following active certifications required:
    • Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
    • Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP)
    • CompTIA Cloud+
    • CompTIA SecurityX (formerly CASP+)
    • Federal IT Security Professional-Designer-NG (FITSP-D)
    • GIAC Defensible Security Architecture (GDSA)
    • GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC)
Details

Target Salary Range: $146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
