Program Overview
About The Role

Peraton is seeking an experienced, product-driven, Project Manager with a strong background in Facility Move Management, to be hands-on with creating and maintaining the facility move sub-project documents, such as, but not limited to: facility move definition, schedule, budget, and the move coordination itself, while also supporting the overarching Facility Design Project. This is a full-time position, but Part-Time would be considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

The right candidate shall have:

  • The ability to travel locally between various WMA sites as required.
  • Experience with project management techniques of technical projects, to include project documentation, schedules and budget templates.
  • Demonstrated performance with moving large volume personnel and equipment between buildings
  • The ability to manage multiple and competing tasking simultaneously
  • Experience working with SMEs and stakeholders to drive consensus, communicate status, and execute assignments.
  • Capable of performing duties with minimal guidance, a self-starter, with a strong degree of initiative.
  • Excellent organizational and scheduling skills, adept at anticipating problems and creating solutions.
  • Ability to communicate project needs in a politically astute manner and appreciate the diverse/nuanced skillsets of stakeholders involved in each project. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with project partners across organizational and functional boundaries.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with effective interpersonal skills to include excellent oral and written communication.
  • 8 years with BS/BA, Min 6 years with MS/MA, Min 3 years with PhD, or 4 additional years of relevant technical experience may be accepted in lieu of degree;
SCA / Union / Intern Rate or Range

Details

Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
