We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to help modernize and optimize operations supporting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). In this role, you will shape the processes that enable critical aviation programs to operate safely, efficiently, and at scale. You will work alongside FAA stakeholders, engineers, and program leaders to evaluate how work is done today and design how it should be done tomorrow.
Work Location:
In this position, you will:
Lead business process analysis, design, and optimization across FAA programs. Translate operational challenges into efficient, compliant future-state processes.
Provide data-driven insights through gap analyses, impact assessments, and KPIs. Evaluate current- and future-state performance to guide continuous improvement.
Facilitate workshops to capture requirements and identify improvement opportunities. Partner with FAA stakeholders, program managers, and technical teams to deliver practical solutions.
Collaborate with IT and systems teams to align business processes with technology solutions. Support process alignment during system implementations and upgrades.
Support adoption through training, communications, and stakeholder engagement. Prepare executive-level briefings, dashboards, and reports on progress and outcomes.
The BNATCS program represents one of the most ambitious aviation modernization initiatives in decades. This role places you at the center of securing systems that power the next generation of air traffic control technology. In this role, your work directly supports the FAA’s ability to operate effectively, reduce risk, and deliver safe, reliable airspace operations nationwide while giving you meaningful exposure to high-impact federal programs.
