Peraton is looking for a Product Manager to join our Surveillance team supporting BNATCS. In this role, you will lead a focused workstream—such as site surveys, installation, testing, or transition—across BNATCS domains.
You’ll be responsible for:
Owning task-level planning and day-to-day execution
Driving issue resolution and risk mitigation
Coordinating across technical and operational teams
Managing formal handoff of deliverables to dependent stakeholders
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys turning complex requirements into executable plans and delivering results in a mission-critical environment.
U.S. citizenship required
Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance
8+ years of hands-on experience that includes requirements management, CONOPS development, stakeholder coordination, and familiarity with FAA acquisition environments
Bachelor’s degree, or four (4) additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
