The Role: Senior Technical Project Manager – Surveillance
Location: Bethesda, MD

 

As a Senior Technical Project Manager on our Surveillance team, you will:

  • Lead technical delivery across Surveillance and supporting workstreams, aligning engineering, integration, testing, and deployment with the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).

  • Decompose complex requirements into actionable work packages.

  • Manage technical dependencies and resolve cross-domain integration risks.

  • Ensure mission success by driving collaboration across teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

 

Position Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance

  • 12+ years of technical project management experience, including radar modernization, FAA NAS systems, ATC integration, configuration control, vendor management, and technical leadership

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management, or a related field

Desired:

  • PMP certification

Details

Target Salary Range: $146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
