The Opportunity – Workflow Manager, Surveillance
Location: Bethesda, MD
Peraton is seeking an experienced Workflow Manager to join our Surveillance team. In this critical role, you will:
Lead integrated BNATCS execution across radar, communications, weather, and surveillance domains.
Manage scope, cost, schedule, and risk to ensure seamless project delivery.
Coordinate with FAA governance, integrator, and OEM stakeholders, driving milestone reviews and decision forums.
Ensure readiness for commissioning and operational turnover, supporting safe and efficient air traffic operations.

Proven experience in workflow or program management in complex, technical environments.
Strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive projects to successful completion.

Requirements:
U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
12+ years of experience in Project or Workflow Management, ideally with radar modernization or related aviation systems
Proven expertise in Program Management, IMS, FAA TechOps coordination, Primavera/MS Project, and risk/dependency management
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4 additional years)
